For Food and Behavior
Chicken and fish ( without skin)
All green vegetables, mushrooms , squash, onions
Brown rice (once in a while)
Oats ( gluten free)
Berries...raspberries, blueberries, apples, plum, peach
Fat free plain yogurt
Apple cider vinegar with water is a good drink at night or in the morning.
Night shade vegetables...(potato, tomato, green pepper, red pepper, eggplant)
Canned foods except tuna fish
He also recommended suitable exercise and to verbalize good feelings when I had them (a way to eliminate the negative thoughts) We are such creatures of habit. I had to learn how to love myself, and respect myself.
I had to take myself by the hand, like taking baby steps.
It did work. In three weeks the pain lessened and in six weeks I could walk standing up straight, and in six months I started yoga and ballet barre.
You should do this elimination for 3 weeks and feel the pain lessen. Over time I was able to introduce other foods into my diet.
